CSA MEMBERSHIP TERMS:
Although Stony Hill Farms is dedicated to the best of our ability to provide fresh, high quality produce, there are risks in agriculture which need to be shared by the whole community and may be echoed in the yield of certain crops. The size and quality of certain fruits and vegetables may be affected by the weather and other factors that are beyond the control of Stony Hill Gardens. By purchasing a CSA Membership share, the customer agrees that membership payment entitles them to a weekly share of fresh harvested produce from Stony Hill Farm Market during the CSA growing season. If the customer's share is not picked up by the designated date and time their share will be forfeited and donated to the Chester Food Pantry. Alternate pick-up dates for shares may NOT be arranged and memberships are non-refundable.
